“Without God, there is not virtue, because there’s no prompting of the conscience. Without God, we’re mired in the matter, that flat world that tells us only what the senses perceive. Without God, there is coarsening of the society. And without God, democracy will not and cannot long endure. If we ever forget that we’re one nation under God, then we will be a nation gone under.” - Ronald Reagan

Here's the thing, Obama

When I wasn’t counting how many times Obama said “fair share”, I was actually trying to give this speech a chance. So now he’s proposing this “American Jobs Act”. That sounds nice and dandy and all, but honestly, how many years and billions of dollars does he have to spend of hardworking American money to realize that keynesian economics does not work? He doesn’t care because he’s just so much smarter than the average American. He acts like he cares so much for the poor-the people living from paycheck to paycheck. Is extending the unemployment by a year really going to solve that? The best economic stimulus is a job. Sadly, people like to get paid for nothing. The fact of the matter is, poor people who are dependent on the government for programs, money, and “basic necessities” are easier to manipulate. He said that Warren Buffett begged him to do something about the fact that he paid so little taxes. (Coughcapitalgainscough) Why does he not mention that? I’ll tell you why, because it doesn’t fit his agenda. If you really felt so bad about it, write a big fat check to the IRS stamped with a heart and signed yours truly. Why not the Fair Tax, Obama? Of course, it takes power away from the government. I forgot. Those pesky little details just get in the way. Regarding mindless regulations and programs, Obama said that we cannot just take away programs and way of life Americans have been living for decades. My problem with this statement was this: He was not referring to the Founding Fathers basis for American life. He was referring to FDR’s New Deal program. President Obama, I can see right through your Alinsky tactics. You may be fooling some people, but not me and many other fired up Americans. As said by Ann Coulter, “Being a Christian means that I am called upon to do battle against lies, injustice, cruelty, hypocrisy-you know, all the virtues in the church of liberalism.” –and I intend to help her do just that.
